5.30pm - Running Intervals Shelly Beach Foreshore

Wednesday
5:30 to 7am - Swimming at Aqualife
6 to 7pm - Windtrainer at Total Triathlon
7 to 8pm - Swimming at Aqualife

Thursday
5:30pm - Running strength work (Hills) from Total Triathlon

Friday
5:30 to 7am - Swimming at Aqualife

Saturday
6.30am - Ride leaving Raffles (80km hills session)
4pm - Swimming at TBC

Sunday
RACE or LSD run
